Take a look inside.

Four real screens from the app.

The SnoutWare dashboard for a shelter with 52 animals in care, 29 available, 8 open applications and 4 on medical hold, above an ask-anything bar answering which animals are available, and today's open tasks.
One animal's record: Prada, a female eight-year-old Pomeranian photographed indoors, marked available for adoption, with her size, weight, intake date, kennel and where she came from, above tabs for general info, medical, tasks, feed and people.
The applications list: each row shows the animal, the applicant, a status such as pending, under review or info requested, the date it was submitted, and a review button.
The shelter's volunteer shift board: 5 shifts this week, 95 unfilled positions needing coverage, 3 people volunteered in the last 30 days and 23 hours logged this month, above a list of upcoming shifts with who's signed up and edit or delete buttons.

Your own adoption website.

Your colors, your logo, your hours, your story. When somebody shares a dog from it, your shelter's name is the one on the preview.

Mark an animal available and it appears here. Mark them adopted and it updates itself. Nobody has to remember to take a page down.

Your own site is an optional add-on. Your animals are listed and adoptable in the SnoutWare adoption search either way.

A shelter's own adoption website in their own colors and typeface: a coral band reading 10 animals are waiting for forever homes, then Meet the family and three adoptable dogs, Mariner, Captain and Birdie, each with a photo, breed, age and a button to meet them.

Applications arrive in one queue.

You write the questions. References and landlord checks are tracked against the application itself, and everyone on staff sees the same decision and who made it.

Adoption day, and the month after.

The contract is signed on screen at the desk and the fee is taken there. Check-in surveys go out on their own at one week, one month, and six months, so you find out how it went without chasing.

Everyone sees only their part.

Staff, volunteers, fosters, and adopters each get their own way in and their own view. Every change to a record is logged with a name and a time, so nothing is a mystery six months later.

The grant report is already written.

Intake and outcome in the Shelter Animals Count format that Maddie's Fund, ASPCA, and Best Friends ask for, plus live release rate, save rate, and length of stay. Pick a date range and download it.

One shelter, one month. Your own numbers, on any range you pick.

Volunteers claim their own shifts.

They open their own day, see what still needs covering, and take it. Nobody texts nine people to find out who is coming. Hours count themselves, and time worked off-schedule can be submitted for you to approve, so the number in the grant report is one you can defend.

Volunteers is an optional add-on, priced on how many volunteers are active.

You pay five dollars once an animal finds a home.

$5
Per completed adoption.

The fee follows the adoption, so you are only ever billed after an animal has gone home.

You pay when an animal is placed

The five dollars is charged when an animal is placed. Never for a transfer, a return, or an animal still waiting.

Staff accounts are unlimited

Everyone who works your adoptions gets a login: your team, your fosters, your board. The five dollars is per adoption, not per person.

We bring your animals across

Setting you up and moving your records from whatever you use now, at no charge. Your animals go live in the SnoutWare adoption search as soon as you are in.

One invoice a month. Cancel whenever, and you can export your records at any time.

SnoutWare is open in early access.
